Terrible system. If none of the options fit and you do nothing it disconnects you. Doesn’t give an option to talk with a representative on first or second tier of options. I don’t have a PIN for an account so takes numerous attempts to get through. Usually I plan on 30 minutes to solve any problem by phone.
