  1. Did Chase change the old WaMu voicemail hell system? Because when they were WaMu, it was a GOOD 10 minutes (if not longer) to get to a human being…and that after risking carpel tunnel pressing a myriad of button and prompts.

  2. It took 4 months to get my SSI deposit into my account, and that’s after I called SSI myself. Then 3 weeks later, I get a letter that said I was denied a credit card. That was strange as I never applied for one and besides I don’t have any bills and I have money in 4 different banks, never filed brankrupsy nor have I ever been late on any payments I’ve had. I don’t have much confidence in this bank for accuracy.
