What Time2Talk Means
We call each bank and credit union at three different times (morning, lunch-time, late afternoon) to see how long it takes to speak with a customer service representative. The T2T is the average of those three calls. We'll repeat the process six times a year.

Citibank’s customer service is atrocious. It is literally impossible to get anything done over the phone unless you scream and threaten the representatives. If you try to be polite, they will refuse to help you and will basically tell you your problem is unsolvable. I hate screaming at customer service representatives because I also work in customer service, but I’ve found that that is the only way to get anything done with this bank.
