I have been an ING user for about 6 years now. Their customer service has rarely been needed, as their website works very well and is very informative. When I did need to contact them, their customer services reps were highly informed and responded to my questions very rapidly. I might be drinking the cool-aid here, but I’ve recommended ING Direct to everyone that I know.
P.S. I’ve found over the years that ING always has the highest or close-to-highest APR on checking and savings accounts (about 1.2% right now).
