    USAA is simply the greatest bank / insurance company to deal with if you’re lucky enough to be able to become a member. Membership is limited to Active and Veteran Military members and their families, except for basic banking (as far as I’m aware). They have a very high customer retention rate (over 98% last time I checked). I always feel like they care about me and my experience every time I speak to them.

    The lack of a branches except in San Antonio, TX is not a problem because they allow for deposits over iPhone and from a Scanner so long as you have the proper version of Java along with either Windows or MacOS. If neither of those are an option they will provide you free return evelopes (postage paid) for deposits.
